Our graduated rate for shipping/handling fee will be automatically added to your purchase. Purchases made outside of the 48 contiguous United States are subject to actual delivery/handling charges and we reserve the right to debit your credit card for the balance of those costs. If the shipping charges exceed $15.00, we will email you with actual costs and wait for your approval before debiting your card and shipping your product(s).
 
To what places do you ship?

We are pleased to welcome our friends from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Europe. We also ship to Hawaii and Alaska (the same shipping rate policies as noted in the paragraph above apply to these two states).

And, yes, we do ship to APO addresses. While many web sites do not offer this service, we do so happily. Most of these orders are from our military men, women, and their families. Without their dedicated service we would not be enjoying the freedoms we have today.

When and how will my order be shipped?

Within the 48 contiguous states, our orders are generally shipped by either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. USPS is generally used for shipping outside the continental US.

Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our secure online shopping cart. We do our best to ship your order with 24-48 hours. If an item is on back-order you will be notified by email. Most customers receive their orders within 5-7 days.
 
Special Note to Kentucky Residents

Ky law requires that we collect tax, both on the shipping charges and the purchase price of any taxable items. Our system adds the shipping tax to the shipping charge. The tax on the actual product will appear as a separate line item.
 
Can I split my order and send part of it to someone else?

Our system enables you to purchase gifts to be sent to four different addresses! A quick, convenient, and reliable way to do all of your gift giving! And you can rest assured that your gifts will arrive in a timely manner and securely packaged in attractive gift bags. If this is a gift order, please don’t forget to specify your sentiment for the card(s). Specify address(es) for gift(s) to be mailed if different from customer's address. Please note that you will be charged shipping/handling per address given.
 
May I pay by check or money order?

If you want to pay by check or money order, please email us with your request and the order. (In the case of one-of-a-kind items, we will need to put the item on hold for you.) We do accept these methods of payment, however, we must wait until the check or money order clears before mailing your purchases. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
 
What shall I do if there is a problem with my order?

Our mission is to give 100% complete customer satisfaction! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us within 5 business days from receipt of your order. We will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Your purchases of teas, chai, and cider mixes, as food items, cannot be returned.

If a return is necessary, you must contact us within five days of receiving your order. We will give you the return mailing address and other instructions. We must charge a 25% restocking fee. Sorry, but we will not be able to refund the original shipping charges.

It is best to ask any questions you may have before making your purchase. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we must charge a 15% cancellation fee when making the refund. PLEASE NOTE: Most purchases are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt.
 
Can you give me shipping information on the Sadler Teapots, please?

Teapots and other porcelain products from the United Kingdom will be shipped via airmail. You can expect to receive your teapot within 7 to 10 days. Airmail delivery has proven to be very reliable and safe. U.S. customs forms will be completed with the cost of the teapot minus shipping.

Any Import Duty, if levied, is the responsibility of the customer. We have tried to describe the teapots and mugs to the best of our abilities. If you are not happy with the teapot you receive from the United Kingdom, we will gladly refund your purchase price if the item is returned to us in new, unused condition.

The teapots are very well packed and problems are rare. You will be very pleased with the packing as well as the quality of your purchase.
