Guests will love your latest idea for a fun tea party craft project. With these very affordable hat bases and your embellishments, your guests will be able to make all kinds of unique creations.

This is a ladies sized hat approximately 23 to 23.5 inches inside the band. It is sized for ladies but often times our customers purchase them for young girls either to assure that hat is big enough or for the "little girl wearing mommy's hat" look.

We used glue dots from a craft store, to add the decorations to the hats shown in the images below. You would need to allow 10-15 dots per hat. While this method works fine for short time use, we have found that they are not permanent. A low temp glue gun actually works best.

You supply ribbons, tulle, flowers, feathers, beads, shells, whatever decorations you like. Or for even more fun, ask each guest to bring a selection of "embellishments". Unless you tell, they won't know what they are embellishing. Award prizes for the prettiest, funniest, most unique, etc.
