Return Policy
You will find on this web site a wide variety of both new and vintage items. We make every effort to accurately describe the products listed. Certain imperfections and variations are to be expected
with all products. The items you order will be inspected prior to packaging. Your order will be securely packaged and shipped promptly.
We recognize that from time to time a product may not be exactly
what the customer was expecting. Should this happen and you want to return an item(s) use the following procedure:
- You must with five days of receipt if there is a problem with your order. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
- If a return is necessary, you will be assigned a return number which must be clearly displayed on the return package.
- Authorized returns or exchanges, with your authorization number clearly displayed on the outside of the box, must be received by our office in a timely manner, no later than 10 days after the authorization code has been given to you.
- If your purchase is returned in the same unused condition in which you received it, a prompt refund will be issued.
- We expect to receive returns or exchanges in their original packaging.
- Postage costs are not refundable.
- A 15% re-stocking fee will be levied on returned items.
- If the original order was over $200 (free shipping) and your return drops the total to under $200, we will deduct the normal shipping
costs from your refund.
- We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
- Perishable items such as teas and cider mixes and personalized items cannot be returned.
- Returned items without prior authorization will not be accepted and marked "Return to Sender".
Exchanges
If you want or need to exchange items, all of the above policies will apply. If the articles you want in exchange are equal to or more than your
original purchase, the 15% re-stocking fee will be waived. However, our normal shipping charges will be levied on your second shipment.
We believe that you will be pleased with our products and service. Should there be a problem, we work diligently with our customers for an amicable resolution.
