An elastic band will hold the hat securely on her head. This hat is made of 65% paper, 25% polypropylene, and 10% polyester fiber. We have found them to be quite durable and good for hours of real dress-up and play time as well. The brim is 3 inches wide and the outside of the hat around the crown measures 21 inches. A matching organza ribbon and bow adorn the crown.
