These hats are made in China of 65% paper, 25% polypropylene, and 10% polyester fiber. Wipe gently with a damp cloth to clean.

Flowers, ribbons, feathers, butterflies or other novelties, tulle, plastic gem stones, even pompoms will do. Assemble your enhancements and let the girls work their magic. Puffy glue dots or a low temp glue gun (used by an adult) will keep the decorations in place. This makes a fun activity for your tea party as well as a lovely take home gift.
